Not opening current task for closed Recents If Launcher is closed manually while Alt-Tabbing, and then Tab gets released, we now don't activate the current task in Overview. Bug: 73090995 Test: After Alt-Tab, while holding Tab, close the Launcher by touch. Then release Tab. Change-Id: Ic3c2d02b6b7721e0d8948b84e73dee85eedad800
