Add NEW_TASK flag to Quickstep App Widget activity start
Include the NEW_TASK flag to activity starts launched from Quickstep
hosted App Widgets.
This is consistent with the default non-Quickstep generated
ActivityOptions from RemoteViews::getLaunchOptions.
